Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking travel services through Bella Solara Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Travel Planning & Services
Bella Solara Travel provides travel planning and booking assistance for accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, tours, activities, transportation, and other travel-related services as applicable. All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, and availability.

Traveler Information & Documentation
Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including names exactly as they appear on required identification or passports. Travelers are also responsible for reviewing all quotes, confirmations, and itineraries for accuracy and promptly reporting any errors. Passport, visa, health, entry, and other destination requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.

Pricing & Payments
Prices and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been received. Deposits, final payments, change fees, and other charges are determined by the applicable travel supplier. There are no fees for my service. I am paid by the suppliers upon completion of travel.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations, changes, refunds, and no-show policies are subject to the terms of the applicable travel supplier. Some reservations, deposits, or fares may be nonrefundable or subject to penalties. Bella Solara Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees or costs resulting from traveler-requested changes.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment against certain unexpected events. Coverage, exclusions, and eligibility vary by policy. Travelers who decline travel insurance accept responsibility for expenses or losses that otherwise may have been covered.

Third-Party Suppliers & Liability
Bella Solara Travel acts as an advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other vendors. Bella Solara Travel does not control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Privacy
Personal information will be used only as reasonably necessary to research, arrange, and manage travel services and may be shared with travel suppliers when required to complete or service a reservation.

Agreement
By submitting a travel inquiry, authorizing a booking, or making payment toward a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable supplier terms.
